PARTNERS IN THE COMMUNITY

Hicks Advertising is proud to announce our partnership with The Central Coast Communities Council (The CCCC).

 

The objective of the CCCC is to foster the establishment and development of a democratic network of community based services and social action groups on the Central Coast, comprising the Local Government areas of Gosford and Wyong.

 

The CCCC is committed to social justice principles and seeks to meet the needs of community groups and other relevant local and regional organisations for resourcing and representation to enable them to improve and maintain the quality of life for the residents of the Central Coast.

 

Their vision for the Central Coast community is for all residents to have the best life they can by all organisations – community, corporate and government, working together to make the community strong and viable and the preferred place to live.

 

Hicks will be building a new website for the CCCC as well as putting together marketing packages for members. Conan Hicks has also been asked to join the Board and is excited to help out wherever he can.

It’s a little of both.

Our latest production for organic skincare brand Lhami, is the perfect blend of product information, articles and stories.

When producing print catalogues like this, our main aim is to get them into homes and onto the coffee table. This catalogue will surely have pride of place alongside this month’s Vogue, Instyle and Real Living.

Excited for our new friends at The Rig 24/7 day 5 of their renovations. Can’t wait to see the final result with the branding we developed splashed all over it.

Here at Hicks we are very excited to welcome Front End Web Developer Jarrod, to the ever growing team.

Studying a Bachelor of Information and Technology at the University of Newcastle, Jarrod balances our years of experience with his youthful exuberance. His knowledge and thirst for new technologies is already rubbing off on all of us.

IT’S THE END OF THE WORLD AS WE KNOW IT

With a room full of Defence sector leaders, strategic auditing and advisory firm Noetic knew they needed more than a Powerpoint presentation for the EDTAS Symposium 2015.

The team at Hicks Advertising produced videos and animations of mock future scenarios and newscasts of such a high standard, even the Department of Defence commented.

WYONG SHIRE COUNCIL’S ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CAMPAIGN

There are many ways businesses can give back to the community and when Hicks Advertising won the pitch for Wyong Shire Council’s Economic Development campaign, we saw the opportunity to help spread the word about this great part of the world.

We will be producing video content, developing case studies on successful Wyong Shire based companies, coming up with and implementing a digital strategy and supplying Council with the tools to sell the region to businesses looking to relocate.

The successful campaign will bring companies to the shire, in turn creating jobs and boosting the economic growth of the area.

We love living and working on the Central Coast and Hicks Advertising are always keen to help and get involved with anything that benefits the area.

A BRAND REVITALISATION FOR A REVITALISING BRAND

It stands to reason that a brand all about revitalising, should revitalise their brand. Natalie from Lhami, maker of organic skincare products, felt her products needed a lift and that they had outgrown their current look.

Lhami really wanted their customers to be proud to leave their products out on display and not hidden away in the bathroom drawer. Hicks Advertising worked closely with Natalie to ensure her new labels reflected her vision of where the brand is now headed.

HEALTHY BODY, HEALTHY MIND, HEALTHY CLIENT

‘The Rig’, an exciting, new gym, has appointed Hicks Advertising to help with their branding and advertising.

Currently operating as a gym, the new owners want their place to be brand new. Everything old is out the door, including the equipment. New logo, new culture, new facilities.

We can’t wait to get stuck into this one and if need be, we will drop and give them twenty.

COAST WIDE SELF DEFENSE

With clients everywhere from Melbourne to Papua New Guinea, sometimes it’s nice to do a little work closer to home. When the boys from Coast Wide Self Defense approached us to help them out with their launch we couldn’t say no. Does anyone say no to an elite mixed martial arts fighter?

Operating out of the Long Jetty Hotel, their community based strength and conditioning training is family friendly and caters for beginners through to elite.

Hicks Advertising will be designing everything from their logo and corporate identity, banners, flags and signage through to the website. You might even see us over there giving the punching bag a good workout.
